Please note that SA1NT do not provide free returns for international orders. Shipping cost associated with the return of the item(s) will not be covered by SA1NT unless the item is faulty.  Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

NOTE: Taxes and duties may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Please note that you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Please note that due to our international courier service, we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes, apart from in the following countries: Australia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.

All orders are shipped from STATE OF UTAH, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

EUROPEAN ORDERS: Import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from SA1NT to the shipping address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

We are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent when order has been dispatched. Please make sure that email and contact details are correct when placing your order to avoid delays.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, SA1NT is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
