We all know it only takes a split second for things to go random out on the roads!

We’ve had a few of our SA1NT community stack over the last few months, from a woman coming off in Melbourne wearing only her SA1NT Kevlar Merino leggings and walking away without a scratch to 'Mike Daley' putting our ballistic drills to the test after coming second to a swerving car! As you know we aren’t the kind of crew that likes sharing posts about crashes in our gear but read on for a little insight into just how well our gear performs when its meant to!

Heres Mikes story:

"I was riding home from work the other night in the left lane, some guy swerved into me at the last minute to make a turn and clipped my front wheel. I went down on my right side and slid into a parked car. The car took off and I pulled myself out from under the car. A kind soul helped get the bike out, which didn't take too much damage in the long run. After mumbling a few expletives and wrenching the handlebars back into a rideable position, I checked out the damage to myself. I had my Drills and Grifter Collab gloves on, both which preformed like champs. One small hole in my pants and a small rub to the palm of my right gloves. Pretty lucky to have had them on. I make a living working with my hands and that was the most important part to me. My whole right side was bruised and sore but it could have been a hell of a lot worse. Thanks Guys. "Mike
